$200 per 60-minute intake session

$165 per 50-minute individual, play therapy, EMDR therapy or family session

Insurance

Butler & Associates Psychotherapy is an in-network provider with:

If you have another insurance plan–superbills for sessions are always available to submit to your insurance company for full/partial reimbursement based on your insurance plan benefits.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are offered based on availability.

Payment
Butler & Associates Psychotherapy accepts all major debit, FSA, HSA, and credit cards for payment.  Session fees are considered an eligible expense for FSA and HSA cards.  Cash or check are also acceptable forms of payment.  A form of payment must be provided at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment or have not given at least 24 hours notice in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
